Our online modules can be bought for £99.00 + VAT each, or as a bundle via our promotions.
For the launch we have bundled together the three introductory modules at a cost of £199 + VAT for a 30 day licence.
Each module is designed to take around 45 minutes to complete if our SQ3R studying recommendations are followed – we suggest students should work through each module at least three times for the full benefit to be gained.
The modules are not meant to replace formal training courses, as training in a live environment is always preferable - but they should give new salespeople a good grounding in the basic techniques they will need to master to be successful. They can also act as a good refresher for those salespeople who have been around the block for a while. Where the course supplies a downloadable pdf of the key points, students may well benefit more if they also make notes as they work through the online process.
Students are given access to the course content for 30 days from completion of payment. A user name and password will be emailed to them on receipt of payment, and they will have unlimited access for the 30 days, in order that they can complete the modules, where, when, and how often they would like.

Module 1 - Questioning and Listening

Module 1 is in two parts. The first part covers some of the basic questioning techniques available to us, with practical exercise to check understanding. The second part outlines the importance of listening to the clients answers, by explaining some of the most common psychological tricks we all use to avoid listening.

Module 2 explains the differences between a feature and a benefit, and why we need to concentrate on the latter when out selling. Again, a practical exercise should build their knowledge base.
