How do I access the modules? 0 0

Students are given access to the course content for 30 days from completion of payment. A user name and password will be emailed to them on receipt of payment, and they will have unlimited access for the 30 days, in order that they can complete the modules, where, when, and how often they would like.

Can I use the modules when offline? 0 0

No – they are designed to be used within the secure area of our website, so you need to be online at all times.

Can I pay by cheque if I don’t have a credit card? 0 0

Cheques made payable to Cotmandene Training & Development Ltd can be posted to us at 9 Cotmandene, Dorking, Surrey RH4 2BL. Please download the order form here and send with payment. On receipt you will be contacted with log in details and a VAT receipt issued.

What happens if I don’t complete the modules within the 30 day period? 0 0

Can we buy an annual licence to use the modules? 0 0

Yes you can. £499 + VAT buys you unlimited usage over a 12 month period. There is an option to do this on the payment page.

What happens if I don’t feel I have learnt anything? 0 0

We offer a full moneyback guarantee. If you can honestly say that you have derived no benefit after completing any of our modules, then contact us and we will refund your money in full.

Where do I download my VAT receipt from? 0 0

See the “My Account” section in the tabs at the top of the page. There you will see all courses paid for with an option to download a VAT receipt for each payment.

What do I do if I can't view/open the modules for some reason? 0 0

The modules are designed in Flash and have been tested for usability on all popular browsers. However, if you do experience a problem then please contact us and one of our technical team will talk you through a solution.

Can I purchase a module without being a registered user? 0 0

No. All modules are designed to be accessed through registered accounts. You can sign up as part of the purchase process, when your purchase is successful you will be sent an account activation email. Once you have activated your account you can access the module you have purchased and begin learning.
